I was a client on the west wing for a week. All the staff were extremely intelligent and helpful. I also want to give credit to the chef. I would like to say every meal was outstanding.
I had said that I wasn't goin to write a review. However, I decided I must in order to show my appreciation to a few. Unfortunately, there are a few bad apples in the bunch there at the facility. I have to personally Thank a my two nurses (ANTHONY & JOSEPHINE), are TOP TEIR period.. & they both deserve all the Accolades possible. The aids (Sharel, Marie, Rebecca & Ernest) their kindness & patience with their patients is commendable & appreciative. The therapist in PT are also great. Head nurse Anthony is evil! Would treat all the patients horribly. This place is a rehabilitation center, primarily elderly people...you should genuinely love to care for people. You need to have good bedside manor. If he treats patients like this, I can imagine his coworkers. He should not be a nurse or head nurse. And then the nurse above him kept trying to get us to give this facility good reviews, and yet Anthony was withholding pain meds, not helping patients when the light is on.
