My mom has been at this facility for almost 2 months for a knee injury and is the first rehab that we have not had any issues with rude staff or anything being stolen or misplaced. They also treat there patients well not like other places she's been and it's clean. You would think you shouldn't have to be worried about cleanliness or being nice to patients but our experience in other places has been less than satisfactory and that in it self is an understatement. Worst rehabilitation center I have even seen . So Dirty. If you love your loved on, do not allow them to go here . They should be shut down. Most of the staff doesn't care. Nights and weekends are horrible
Today, July 20, 2026, around 7:00 PM, we waited 30 minutes for someone to come and help my father-in-law get to the restroom. When someone finally arrived, they didn't have the best attitude; they asked what we needed, but not in a very pleasant manner. Additionally, there is a strong smell of urine—the odor is quite overpowering as soon as you step out of the elevator, and this is the case on both floors where my father-in-law has stayed.
