The common areas for patients lacks sunlight. The common areas are filthy. The phones are hardly ever answered to get through to family due to one main phone used for every in and out call by staff. There are no phones in rooms for the patients there. There are 3 beds to a room, set up like a hospital with curtains in between. The staff were exceptionally polite, courteous they met every demand that I needed. The groups were all day long and they had answered any questions that I had this place has absolutely changed me in a way I wouldn’t thought had.
