Horrible. Do not send anyone here with a nephrostomy, ostomy, or real medical needs. They mismanaged my mother’s tube, hygiene was poor, and she left with yet another infection. They even drew blood work and then sat on the results for 4 days before finally sending her back to the hospital. We had to constantly monitor and fix basic things ourselves while she declined. Never again. Look somewhere else.

CareOne in Creakill, NJ is a great place for anyone looking for a facility to take care of their elderly relatives. The nurses are attentive, compassionate, and will always keep you informed. Ran by a top notch management team, the facility is clean and the overall experience will give any family the peace of mind and reassurance that for the care of their love ones.
