I tried to contact the business owner 4 times recently and sent texts and calls and voicemail but no reply. I then see a review below where it says the owner replied to them . Strange how I never got a reply or explanation but others did. I have gone ahead and also contacted groupon for a refund as I’m tired of texting and calling. My feedback: If for whatever reason you can’t honor a groupon just reply to the customer. I felt communication was the main issue here. Thanks Jake

My girlfriend Elena tried to book an appointment here after she bought a groupon through this company. The owner dominque told her that she wont allow her to come in and is off work for many months to come because her step daughters mom was in an accident. which is fine. However at this point domnique got rude with my girlfriend and refused to issue her a refund. We had to get groupon involved and groupon will issue a refund. My experience with this salon was amazing. I came there a few minutes earlier and Dominque was already there and took me right away . I had no idea what to expect and put all my trust in her hands . I enjoyed every minute of the process and definitely will be going back .

Unacceptable service. It took weeks of back and forth to book an appointment via text. Finally, on the day, we showed up for our appointments and waited for a while. She was a no-show. Prompted by the landlady we texted her only to be told she’s not coming in and forgot to cancel. No advance notice, no apology.
