Do not use if you have a scheduled appointment! They did not update they were running late for pickup. Over 30 minutes late! Had to cancel, I ended up transporting my family member myself. Don’t promise a time, run late and not update of the delays. I would call for updates and each time they would say the driver was 10 minutes away. Arrival time would have been over 30 minutes past scheduled pickup.
I live almost an hour away from this service and have informed them many many many times to STOP ACCEPTING my rides as it makes no sense for them to accept my rides when they are so far away. I have had to call them multiple times to tell them to stop, they refuse and lie to me saying "my insurance gives them my trip". Which, after not only talking with my insurance, but also my preferred transportation company (which is literally a 45 minute WALK from where I live) has informed me that it is the transportation company also ... read more
