I went in for a reoccurring hip problem. Doctor essentially said "you're bmi is over 30 what do you expect?" said that despite it being several months my hip was still sprained. Had a new doctor look at it for about 10 minutes and performed VERY simple tests and immediately referred me to a specialist and was shocked when I said two separate doctors said it was just a sprain. Getting my blood drawn is a very anxiety inducing experience for me. I have a tendency to pass out, get nauseous, light-headed, etc. Karen took her time to make sure I was comfortable and when I told her I wasn't feeling well She stopped and let me rest a bit before trying a different needle. Now I know that I need the butterfly needle! Because of her I don't have to be anxious or worried about getting my blood drawn again. She is a true angel!
