Worst home health software I have ever experienced. A clinician cannot even see their own schedule much less the team. A scheduling nightmare and time consuming for all users. Glitchy and slow. Customer service will just keep saying it is the internet speed but that is not true. Too many clicks and too much time to simply enter a care plan. It may help compliance with insurance and other issues but the extra time that each clinician needs to use is cost prohibitive. DO not buy this software.
