Go to tictok if you want to learn how to write your resume and utilize Chatgbt to write your resume in your own words. This unemployment office is there to collect a pay check. I have been to people for years and it's just a waste of time. All of them in the resume writing and the top head should be fired.

Very poor customer service. I called before I came and I was told to come in to help reset my password. The receptionist was no help she told me she couldn’t help me login the DEO portal because she lost all of her information and that I need to bring my ss card in order to change my password, which is information that should have been given over the phone.

They make you drive 20 miles out the way for a program assisting you but they pick and choose who they are helping. They don't break down information, they don't help you through the process only the disabled and old people they assist so your here wasting your time. If you come to turn in papers don't come after 1pm noone will assist you everyone will be on break or on the phone.
