Very disrespectful to your time. I sat and waited 40 minutes only to be told career counselor were in a meeting. Never did speak with anyone. These people should be employed by merit like most of us. Not by any other standard.

People in the south office don’t care bout nothing except a paycheck and gossip. They are not there to help anyone. Emails go unanswered, calls goes to a voicemail that’s full and unable to leave a msg. And to top it off when you go in most of the staff doing nothing but gossiping instead of assistance. They tearing down schools they need to tear down this company it’s of no help to anyone.

I haven't collected unemployment in 10 years. So I went in to discuss getting benefits and everybody went there. Working was very nice and helpful. I'm not computer savvy, and they walk me through step-by-step all the way to the end, I give them 2 thumbs up. I am highly recommend checking it out. That got so many classes going on there. I know how to get appointment starting from resumes to using the computer. I am trying to help you find the job

Horrible experience!I literally waited an hour and a half for a response. It's not even that busy in Hialeah, and they're lazy, with little respect for people's time. Do your job properly or give other people a chance. It's ridiculous and illogical that this happens. So many truly qualified people eager to work well, and you choose the worst to work for you. They do a better job in Hialeah, but unfortunately, we have to be stuck in this area (the worst!).
