I haven't collected unemployment in 10 years. So I went in to discuss getting benefits and everybody went there. Working was very nice and helpful. I'm not computer savvy, and they walk me through step-by-step all the way to the end, I give them 2 thumbs up. I am highly recommend checking it out. That got so many classes going on there. I know how to get appointment starting from resumes to using the computer. I am trying to help you find the job
Horrible experience!I literally waited an hour and a half for a response. It's not even that busy in Hialeah, and they're lazy, with little respect for people's time. Do your job properly or give other people a chance. It's ridiculous and illogical that this happens. So many truly qualified people eager to work well, and you choose the worst to work for you. They do a better job in Hialeah, but unfortunately, we have to be stuck in this area (the worst!).
Surprisingly enough, my trip to Career Source was great. I was happy to see the location is right by where I went to college. It is really nice out this way. Parking was super easy and I was able to find shade. The gentleman upfront got me started right away and then directed me to the back where I met Ken. He was super kind and helpful. I was able to accomplish everything that I came for and also have an upcoming appointment set. The atmosphere is very laid back. I am hoping to have success there soon.
Very unprofessional never answers the phone never in office and when I just got a hold of someone today his name was Steve his energy was low vibrational like he didn’t wanna be there or help I’m trying to do my work requirements for food stamp and the case managers are never in office no matter what time you call
I just want to thank the Staff for their patience and willingness to help.
