I've always had good experiences with visiting my dad at Caressant Care in Arthur. Staff are always personable, caring and willing to go that extra mile. For example, his PSW Shannon was already checked out for the day, ready to go home, and no longer getting paid, but she tended to my dad anyway when he and his bed needed a serious cleanup. She put in an extra 15 minutes without even mentioning it.
Horrible staff. They’re always rude and dismissive. One resident was desperately needing his puffer and he kept asking for a nurse and they just kept walking away from him. They should be reported. Worst staff I’ve ever seen.
