I paid for a round trip with my debit card but canceled it because my insurance was going to pay for it and they wouldn't refund my money in the same form of payment, they told me they would mail me a check, then they had the nerve to deduct $10 from my refund for "processing fees" without informing me. That is just bad business practice. They were late picking me up the first time I used them which made me late for my appointment.
