I paid for a round trip with my debit card but canceled it because my insurance was going to pay for it and they wouldn't refund my money in the same form of payment, they told me they would mail me a check, then they had the nerve to deduct $10 from my refund for "processing fees" without informing me. We had a great experience with Careavan! We scheduled a few weeks out for them to pick up my dad from Fairhaven. They were professional, kind, and prompt. They took every precaution to make sure my dad was comfortable and cared for, and he loved his outing. We will definitely be using this service again!
