I’ve dealt with Care a van twice and each time I was very disappointed. I usually play baseball with a lot of things but this time made me and my not mobile mom feel some type of way. On March 4th, 2024, my mom had an appointment and care a van was her ride to and from where she stays at. They were very good and prompt about coming to get her. Pickup was a hour late arriving. Not dependable
My elderly father dad is wheelchair bound with extensive health issues. Care van was an hour late picking him up for his appointment and did not call to notify us of the fact that they were not meeting their obligation. It took an hour for the van to return after notified that he was ready to go back home. This was too much for him and his wife. I can not speak enough good things about this company. I've been riding with them since June of last year when I came home from the hospital. Let's first start with the polite and professionalism of their drivers. You're always greeted with a smile. If you're feeling chatty they'll listen and talk to you. Your driver will become like family. The last big ride I had with them... my driver sat through my aunt's funeral, wiped my tears and pat my back.
