Awful. First of all the driver was scared of our dog who is a 4 legged child and is loving and kind. Then the driver was slow in helping me wheel my husband out. The vehicle had poor AC and my husband got really hot. The drivers should be pet friendly and responsive to the customers needs. Disappointing.
I called today needing a ride same day other places needed 24 hr advance notice. Caravan got us to our bank appointment on time and the driver Tashauna Purnell was the best most compassionate person coodos for hiring such a stand up person with a heart of gold!!! Thank you Tushauna you made today a better day the world definitely needs more compassionate people in these positions you surely made my momma feel like she certainly deserves. Communicate reminders verbally
I’ve dealt with Care a van twice and each time I was very disappointed. I usually play baseball with a lot of things but this time made me and my not mobile mom feel some type of way. On March 4th, 2024, my mom had an appointment and care a van was her ride to and from where she stays at. They were very good and prompt about coming to get her. However when it came to picking her up they were 3 hours late !!! So late the place she had her appointment at was CLOSED !!!!! All I could think about was….what if i could not make th... read more
