I don't rate this new company I think it's situation where it all revolves around money rather not get involved
Interviewed here for an AP role, when asking about what support is in place for support workers regarding trauma and vicarious trauma they may encounter, I was met with the response (from the consultant clinical psychologist btw) “it is my job to therapise the service users, the staff are not my concern” Needless to say with a company with those values towards their staff. I left the interview sharpish.
I worked here about 7 years ago. I witnessed abuse to service users by staff and management were terrible. Steve Richards (management) turned up one day and said I had to go then tryed black mailing me into taking a speeding ticket. This was thrown out of court. He also blamed someone for pinching a Mcolloch chain saw and cigarettes
Not very nice manger or directors to work for had many clients take from them lost loads of staff no respect for the people who work for the just thinking about the money coming in also not a very good care company to work for please donot work for them.
