Michael our driver was amazing! He met us at Trinity ER to take us back to Storypoint. Unfortunately, my mom had not received her discharge papers so he waited patiently until the paperwork was received. Then the staff had to dress her and put her into the wheelchair which took more time. Michael waited longer . When we arrived at Storypoint, he was so accommodating. I am so grateful for this patient, kind man.
Christine and drivers are kind, courteous, professional and go the extra mile. I have been using them weekly for my 91 year old wheelchair bound father for the last 2 months. His safety, comfort and timeliness to appointments are their number one priority.
I always have a good experience with your company especially Mr Doug Etcher he is a very nice man and treats me with much respect aand makes sure I'm very bcomfortable and safe I really enjoy being with him on my ride there and back
