I recently used Care Safe Mobility to transport me home from Stanmore Hospital to Southend-on-Sea, having had surgery. The transportation was very good, no complaints at all. The only problem is that you can't contact anybody out of hours. I subsequently found their office hours quoted on the website. I was asked to provide an approximate discharge time 2 days prior to my operation, which was totally impossible, but I guessed at as best I could.
