I watched one of their vehicles drive for miles with parking lights flashing while clearly not parked. Be cautious of their hiring choices for drivers.
Driver was late , didn't even want to get my dad in a wheelchair then said call office for the ride home and I called and left msgs for hrs and nobody ever answered phone. We had to struggle getting him into a small car where his legs couldn't bend enough to get in .. then getting him out .. PATHETIC.. I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THIS CO. UNLESS YOU WANT ALLOT OF EXTRA STRESS IN YOUR LIFE
We had a wonderful experiance working with the dispatcher and driver.
Price is a rip off round trip totaling 12 MI $160. To the doctors.
