my words cannot begin to express our gratitude to the management and staff at care plus, they looked after my bedbound mother brilliantly over her last few years, and gave her comfort and support above and beyond her needs. A massive thankyou to each and everyone of you, you know who you are.
At the most challenging of times with relatives you reach out to some for help and advice. 'Care' may be in their name it doesn't appear to be so much in their nature. The only response deleting an email without even reading it almost a year later. Thank goodness a relative didn't go to them.
This company doesn’t deserve the 1 star I had to give. I live in one of their retirement living apartments due to my disability. Building completed in 2017 not 1917 but as for disabled suitability you would think the latter. I have had to ask for changes to be made and after arguing my point about disability discrimination they eventually agreed but I had to fight.
