The caregivers were great but this organization seems not to be run locally any longer where billing and payment was a nightmare so much so will not use them again if I can help it. My advice is to get printouts of all charges each visit and hold fast to insist the ins. gets processed first. Very stressful billing and payment and felt VERY overpriced care though the caregivers were great.

Horrible referral coordination system. My parent is a former client there. He received in home nursing support In 2024. He improved & his case was closed. A new issue arose (regarding wound care) & his doctor sent a referral for in home nursing again. We waited for a call, with no response, so the doctor sent in another referral. Still no response from them to schedule. My father called CarePartners directly, with referral services noting that they no longer have the staff to work in Fairview, NC. So thankful we have this service available! Care Partners is awesome. The staff is very efficient and professional, with quick check in and check out. The front lobby and bathrooms are very clean, too, though the lobby can get drafty and cold when the doors open. Travis is the balance expert with PT, who has narrowed down how to navigate my vision blurriness and balance issues that were outside of my doc and eye doctor’s scope.
