CNA I was recently entering one and I was appauled at the attitude the Director had. She was rude to the resident and to me when I asked for an application. She was bi--hy, pompous and down right indignant. This was at the Devney Dr one in Altoona. The caregivers were angels, they stepped right in and were so nice and helpful to the resident and they just looked at me as if "you better not work here if you know what is good for you cause she is a witch for a director. Care Partners Assisted Living is covering up A lady died one winter nite cause staff allowed her to go to kwik trip in her wheel chair with snow covered ground and cold out. She had right to go but common sense would tell ya, go to store for her. A passerby ran in we all went she was frozen stiff and stuck in snow in the opposite direction from store and NO SHOES ON. This was all just before my shift and I even got there. They say she left at 7 I came in at 11 that's 4 hrs. resident checks are every 2 hrs.
