I had a wonderful experience with Care on Saturday, 8/8/26. My daughter and I were moving from a second floor apartment with steep stairs to a first floor apartment with no stairs and I was terrified to walk down the 2nd floor stairs due to my weight and mobility issues. My son and daughter couldn't help me. My son got in touch with Care for what would be a very short trip, just down the stairs to the first floor so my son and daughter could take it from there. Top notch service all the way around. They go out of their way to make my special needs brother feel seen and heard. He gets truly excited whenever he sees the car pull up from car mobility.
Fantastic transportation company. Respectful, timely, and patient. We appreciate the care and concern they showed for our son so he could visit his family while in town. The company respected our wishes for his trip to be booked round trip for same day without the possibility of cancellation so we could ensure he arrived home safely the same day as it was our son’s family booking the transportation. I have video footage from my dash cam of your driver smoking a cigarette in the vehicle. Was there patience in there is that even allowed I thought you were supposed to drug test before people drove other people around oh well health department violation coming in.
