This company is an utter disgrace. They picked my 72 year old father up from the nursing home. And they arrived with him the company that was supposed to bring the bed had not yet arrived. So they threatened to put him on the floor. We told them we have no furniture in the house as we just moved in. They didn’t believe us….. long story short they put my father whose legs don’t work on the floor for a 63 year old chronic pain women and me to try and pick up a 260 lbs man off the floor. Service was completely unsatisfactory
I had a great experience with this company. They were very helpful and accommodating for my needs and at reasonable prices. Alex, who picked up my father-in-law‘s wheelchair was very kind and drove really well and delivered the wheelchair to his rehab without incident… I would highly recommend this company!
