I used to work for this uncaring company. Glad I found a better job. I had a personal problem that happened while I was on shift I had a full on panic attack I wanted to go home as anyone would when something awful and dramatically happens in your personal life. Got told if I go home I would get a disciplinary. I went home got that disciplinary as I would not have been able to Focus and do my job correctly as how upset I was. I told my new managers that and they said that is not acceptable and not supporting mental health.
I have worked for care is central independant living for just over a month now and so glad I made the change. Coming from a very stressful working environment to work at care is central has been a breathe of fresh air. Management really do care about their staff and their work life balance. Residents are supported to live independently whilst having caring staff on hand as their needs change. It really does seem to a lovely place to work and live.

The staff are incredibly compassionate and attentive, ensuring that residents receive personalised care and support. The facilities are well-maintained and clean, providing a comfortable environment for clients and families.
My mother had been a resident at priory view for almost 3 years . Her needs have changed over this time and she needs more care input. The carers are very attentive, they understand how she is and allow her still to feel independent. They are always mindful of making her feel cared for.
