It is very apparent that the Centerville, Iowa care facility’s administrator, Lane Wolf needs to learn a little about empathy and compassion. The facility itself is constantly under-staffed, worse now with Covid-19 and he expects a staff member who isn’t there on weekends to manage a schedule for non-essential visitors, a rule that it loosely applied only enforced at their discretion.
