We are an experienced team of aged care professionals dedicated to helping families find the right aged care. We founded Care Guidance in 2015 following our personal experiences trying to find the best aged care for our parents and family. We needed help, advice and support from an expert, and when we couldn’t find it, we created Care Guidance.

Unfortunately I did not have a great experience with this service and personally would caution against putting all your metaphorical eggs in this basket. Initial contact was great. Cedric was assigned to help me find a nursing home for respite for mum. Cedric then had some leave scheduled and I was passed off to Sharon (which I had no problem with).
