Pauline at Care Guidance was an absolute angel in a very stressful time in our lives. My Dad, who has dementia, was evicted from an aged care facility a few days before Christmas and he had to be moved by Christmas Eve. (He had behavioural problems and aggression and I was advised by the original aged care home to just take him to an Emergency Department.)
