I’ve tried emailing and phoning this service to try and see if I can arrange rides for my kid and they straight up ignore me. Thinking this is maybe a scam!
Drivers for the company do not pay attention and drive dangerously. Avoid if you do not want to get into an accident.
I highly recommend Care for a Ride. It was a pleasure dealing with Michael. He was able to accommodate my last minute request for a ride from the hospital. I will definitely continue using their services.
I just found out about this service. I had a colonoscopy done at University of Alberta Hospital. They told me what time they would pick me up having estimated the time for the procedure. They were right on time. Very smooth ride. The driver was courteous and helpful. Asked me if I wanted him to hold my bag. Amazing customer service. I will definitely use them again and highly recommend.
Excellent driving service for seniors. I would highly recommend it. Extremely kind staff and drivers. On time, organized and accommodating.
