I should have reviewed this ride share company before allowing them to pick up my father for his medical appt. I see with other reviews that my experience is common with this jerk! The guy on the phone was the rudest and most unprofessional person I have ever come across in my lifetime. Extremely disappointed by the service my cab was 45 minutes late when I called the guy answered and I told him that I was going to be late for my appointment and asked when the driver was going to be here he then told me to just ask my appointment if they could just still take me like it's so easy to just take anyone like they're not busy most appointments are scheduled 6 months out it's a good thing this place was understanding and able to get me in the next day if it would have been any of my other appointments I would hav... read more

Avoid this company at all costs. Very unprofessional. Just had a major surgery. I waited over a half hour past my pickup time before I called and asked for an eta. The “owner” said they had no clue how long it would be for pick up. He refused to call the driver to ask. He told me to just wait and “the driver will eventually come”. I will be filing a formal complaint. Terrible customer service.
