I’ve been trying to get an issue resolved for over a month. Very unresponsive. It’s like pulling teeth to get things done.
CareCPA consistently missed expectations at tax time. I left CareCPA after 1 tax season, to receive a notice 3 years later from the IRS that *THEY NEVER FILED MY TAXES* because the person assigned to my file left the company. I've tried for 4 months to get a resolution, but Chris & team will not respond to my inquiries. Also interesting that one of their 5 star reviews is from an employee.... Conflict of interest?
Do not recommend whatsoever.
Chris and the team at Care CPA are incredible. I needed an accounting firm to review a decade of business Taxes and prepare some documents asap. All of the other Accounting firms I reached out to could not meet my upcoming deadline. They did it quickly and professionally. I will be using them for all of my business accounting needs. Thank you Care CPA!
Care CPA, LLC are THIEVES!!! They stole $816 for a deposit that I called immediately to cancel. I texted them to politely ask that my deposit be refunded, and the accountant told me that it would take a few days for the refund to process. Instead, after just two days, I received an email telling me that my deposit is non refundable. And, they did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING other than take my deposit and KEEP IT!
