Arnie was our helper and he was so kind and helpful. This was the second time using your service and we are satisfied both times.
Nightmare. Mom, 94, was transported from hospital to home; terminal ill. The driver's had two belts tightly around her neck, she was partially nude, and was hanging off the side of gurney. I was horrified. My poor mother. Driver was inept and has no business working in this position. Inexcusable. I called the company but no response.
This is our 3rd time using this service for my grandfather and they are great. Timothy and Pon our are favorite drivers. Their care and customer service for these patients is outstanding. Thank you so much for all you guys do.
