DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THEIR 5-STAR RATINGS (probably fake to begin with). Hear me when I say this place is unacceptable from their slow response times, to poor cleanliness, to terrible bedside manners. I have been visiting my mother at this facility for the past couple days and the level of service and cleanliness is unacceptable. You should not have to question why the patient restroom hasn’t been properly cleaned in days and smells of urine. The response time for patients who signal for aid can extend 45+ minutes which is extremely concerning especially since they don’t utilize their intercom to speak with the patients prior to coming to the room.
