Absolutely dismal service. Received a call from them regarding end of life care for my mother in law. Call them back…. Immediate response was ‘you should have been given multiple numbers and we are at capacity and can’t help’…. We haven’t been given any other numbers and we are responding to a call from you guys yesterday….. ‘sorry we can’t help’. Thanks for your NOT help. Useless
After reviewing our contract with care connect we discovered our elderly family has been paying 12% EACH PER MONTH. Coming to $500 a month in just admin fees for the case manager. The provider let us and wait months on end for approvals for equipment and we had limited communication on timelines. This is robbery to our elderly community and you should be ashamed for charging such exorbitant fees. I am writing this review because I want others to be aware and to check their contracts.
