I LOVE working with this team
I had total knee replacement surgery on March 1 and was told I would receive 4 hours of help each week for 6 weeks when I should be fully recovered, but so far I have had only two visits of 2 hours each. Two visits were cancelled without notification and without explanation. If this is typical of the service that Care Connect provides then NSW Health needs to give them the boot. I shall certainly not be engaging them to deliver services through a My Aged Care Home Care package.
