I had double knee surgery eight days ago. Total replacement was in the hospital came to good Samaritan last Monday right from the start grant Director of operations kept talking about discharge. He has nothing but a big jerk walked around like a peacock physical therapist. Brad and Tye are absolutely ridiculous. Neither one of those people know what they’re doing. The majority of the nursing staff are a bunch of Jerks who need to get off their high horse and take it up the butt a few times. The Housekeepers are a tremendous team of people and deserve much more respect because without them, that place would fall apart within a week. I am disgusted with how the staff treat them and to be fair, they all need to be fired because they cannot understand why a resident their would talk to someone else about suicide and not them. This is by far the greatest place to live at an independent living place! The Staff are phenomenally wonderful and the residents are so nice and comfortable to live among. Everyone is nice to each other; and, I have witnessed, very caring for each other.. The campus is beautiful and is such a joy to walk around in! The Activities manager always has new and fun activities for us! We have so much fun at her events! You will feel yourselves so lucky to get to live here. My husband received excellent care all the way from the Occupational therapist, Physical therapist, bath aide, and nursing personnel. He recovered quickly under the guidance of the OT and PT. The nurse was respectful and attentive as was all the staff we dealt with. Couldn't ask for a better outcome and we have continued to use this company as this is our third time getting excellent care and options.
