I wouldn’t even give 1 star but there is no zero to assign. Extremely unprofessional and non communicative. It was a very disappointing experience. I booked physio appointments at Glenunga Complex with Kushdeep Kaur. I needed to reschedule my first appointment, which I did properly by calling more than 24 hours in advance. The staff member confirmed over the phone that my appointment had been moved. Before I started physio with Kush I could barely walk or stand without collapsing after suffering with a limp for 12 years since I was only 8. In just 6 months she has helped me build strength in my legs so i no longer collapse and I can now do some exercise again. She has also helped me deal with tightness in my shoulder and neck and while it still persists, it is far less painful to deal with.

Khush is a very competent and professional physiotherapist, both through her massage technique and her personalised exercise program, she provided me the means for a pain-free recovery from the knee replacement surgery I had undergone recently. She also shows sincere interest in making sure you understand the correct way in performing the specific exercises – of which I found most helpful. Love your work – thanks again! Steve
