Caroline is amazing, she’s an amazing person and good at what she does! I was completely outside of my body from my fight or flight response so active constantly, stress in general, tight body and mind just constantly racing. With just one session with her I was able to be anchored back into my body and feel my stress response shut off finally. It’s truly incredible! As a mental health therapist I wish all my clients could get an MFR treatment. MFR sessions can release things months or years of talk therapy can't. I am always amazed how good I look and feel after sessions. The emotions and tension released in my sessions undoubtedly make me a better mother and wife.
