Rude customer service and it's been this way since last year. You call and they act bothered that they have to pick up a phone. And then they will even cut you off mid sentence to forward you to another line where Noone picks up and you're left to leave a voicemail that is never returned. Do better.

The whole experience was easy and very professional. I felt well informed about what was going on and not at all rushed. My blood work came back in the normal range for the heart study criteria so I was not a candidate for the rest of the actual study. That is a good thing right! I have no doubt that had I went through more of the process I would have been taken care of the whole way through. They want to improve lives and that shows from the start.
Update (1/31/2023) Dropping my review back to one star. Shortly after submitting my review and complaints, Care Access began getting lots of five star reviews, all at the same time (about 1-3 weeks) and mostly from users who have almost no other reviews. From a cursory glance, these have all the hallmarks of fake or fraudulent reviews. It's a dubious practice, and it further diminishes my trust in this organization.
