I worked with Renee and Josh for two months to resolve an issue with my payment for a screening. They are compassionate, knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help me resolve my issue. Renee and Josh supported me when I explained my problem with payment and each time I called for an update in case. Although I called with a problem I had a pleasant experience working with them!
