As a study participant at this Care Access, I feel well cared for and respected. Naomi and Monia are phenomenal people and very good at addressing all my questions and concerns, and I feel lucky to have them walking me through this process.
I hope this place is not a scam because I did my testing this week and having heard anything back yet . I would love to know what my results are !
So I went in and to get a test done and I want to start by saying the customer service was top tier. They were efficient , knowledgeable and patient with me. I will go back and get my blood drawn again. Very thorough and kind. Shoutout to the ladies at care access!!!!! I’ll be back
