Always there when I need them!
I made appt two weeks before colonoscopy, and called back with infor he requested On date and time, man I talked to on phone said he did not have my phone number and couldn't call me back to tell me he could not pick me up even though I had this appt made ahead of time. Never use them again. poor service and poor record keeping if they didn't keep my phone number. he stated he ordered another ride and didn't know when it would show up for certain. I ended up canceling the appt. Never again!
Very friendly polite in a safe transportation were there before or right on time
The gentlemen that drove my resident home was a complete jerk to a staff member. Wouldn’t trust my dog in his van. No professionalism whatsoever.
Pam (a driver for this company ) transported my Dad . She did an absolutely fantastic job . She treated my dad like her own .
