Great service! Very polite and friendly customer service from the owner who books appts. The drivers are friendly and engaging, and it was a pleasure working with this company for about a year. I would highly recommend.
My father was at Mercy and caravan provided the service for bringing him home. While in transit I got a phone call from their office stating they wanted payment before he got home. I told them he could write a check when he gets home. They stated they wanted payment before they took him out of the back of the van. I asked if they were going to keep him if I didn’t pay. I recently had the opportunity to work with Janelle in the office. She was very flexible and knowledgeable and helped me with everything I needed. I love caravan. They are experienced and the drivers were Knowledgeable, They drove extremely safe and made me feel comfortable.
I used this service for my cataract surgeries. The drivers were on time both with picking me up and bringing me back home. I highly recommend Care-A-Van and appreciated their services.
The staff was professional and friendly. The vans were.new and clean. Their equipment modern and we'll maintained. They were on time.
