Care-A-Van is great! The drivers are so friendly and helpful. Care-a-Van is reliable, dependable, I recomend them to anyone needing help with transportation. I began using their services in December and now have the peace of mind knowing I can get to my daily appointments. Easily, stress and hassle free!
The man and woman who man the phones are VERY unprofessional. The drivers are constantly late picking up people. This is a very poorly run company. Avoid it at all costs.
Totally unprofessional. Rude on the phne and in person. They think they can get away with ths behavior because they are the only service of this kind in Richmond. I didn't even want to give them 1star but, I had no choice.
I would like to know why you are not allowing my review to be able to be read ? Perhaps you are feeling ashamed of the hate filled , hateful , disgrace of an employee you had answering the calls the day I reached out for help , and had the bitter experience with this person who is to my knowledge there to help people like me , instead of making them cry for hours after speaking with her .... It would be nice to be able to read my original post .
