Wonderful store. I love that they don't sell animals. They take better care of their fish than any other pet store. The prices are the cheapest around. The store is very large and roomy, with lots of space between the aisles. They sell a large variety of quality dog and cat foods. Care a lot is hands-down my favorite pet supply store.
Care-A-Lot Pet Supply not the best customer service I will not order from this co. I was very disappointed with customer service. I received a new catalog before my order even arrived. The new catalog had lower prices and free shipping/handling. I called to see if they would give me a credit because the difference was $20.00. They refused to give me $1 off my order of nearly $200.00. I cannot understand how this type of customer service - not even an apology can be tolerated.
excellent I've been buying supplies from this company for years. They have a large selection of toys and treats as well as equipment. Their prices keep me coming back. Excellent, fast service, too.
Great Pet Shop - Retail and On-line Normally when I am in Norfolk visiting a friend, we take our dogs over to Care-A-Lot Pet Store. The dogs enjoy it and we enjoy it. Prices are great and if I need something before my next trip up - all I do is place an order on-line and it's filled quickly, efficiently and arrives in plenty of time. I normally get my shampoos from here and have had no mishaps when sent UPS. Great and friendly staff.
