Terrible company. Got picked up from my cardiologist appointment in Hartford and instead of this company taking me home decided to take me on personal errands for over 45 mins, have to despite my protest and the fact that I had another appointment. Driver called up their dispatcher and even the dispatcher disregarded my complaints. I am literally in heart failure and just spent 2 months in the hospital. Called to ask when my pick up coming, and was told I NEED TO CALL THEM WHEN IM DONE! so why does MAS set up a time for pick up?!?! The guy was soooo Rude he should be fired !

NEED A RELIABLE MEDICAB?? LOOK NO FURTHER! This company is run in the most professional possible way. Unlike the dozens of other medical cabs in the area, this company really makes a point to show you they CARE 4 YOU. I'd give them over 5 stars if I could. Special thanks to their entire team for taking such good care of me.

Had this company booked through my insurance company for two trips. Day of first trip never showed at appointed time. Called insurance company to find out why, they had scheduled wrong time and place. I called a few days later myself to verify trip number 2 yes they had me down for the trip right time and place. Day of trip no show again. Was told my insurance company was notified that they were not able to provide transportation that day a week before my trip.
