Called to ask when my pick up coming, and was told I NEED TO CALL THEM WHEN IM DONE! so why does MAS set up a time for pick up?!?! The guy was soooo Rude he should be fired !
NEED A RELIABLE MEDICAB?? LOOK NO FURTHER! This company is run in the most professional possible way. Unlike the dozens of other medical cabs in the area, this company really makes a point to show you they CARE 4 YOU. I'd give them over 5 stars if I could. Special thanks to their entire team for taking such good care of me.
Had this company booked through my insurance company for two trips. Day of first trip never showed at appointed time. Called insurance company to find out why, they had scheduled wrong time and place. I called a few days later myself to verify trip number 2 yes they had me down for the trip right time and place. Day of trip no show again. Was told my insurance company was notified that they were not able to provide transportation that day a week before my trip.
One of these cars almost caused me to get in a horrible accident on 890. Going 65 on the in the left lane (of three lanes on 890) & the care car was in the middle lane, I was about to pass her & the person in front of her when at the last minute she swerved and cut me off forcing me to slam on my breaks & thank god I didn’t blink or I would have smashed into the back of her.
