SHAE, with customer support very quick to respond to my email and very helpful with getting me the information I needed for my PCI compliance renewal. Which was completed right away, giving me piece of mind to have one less thing on my plate to finish.
I've only been using CardX for a little over a month. So far my experience has been terrible. Everything about my account was set up incorrectly and implementation somehow took two months which is truly baffling to me. However, my account was set up through Stax Payments. (I'm not clear on whether Stax and CardX are under the same corporate umbrella or completely separate companies. I was told I was partnering with Stax, but our account is through CardX.)
