We think cards since they've taken over in our area is one of the very best companies thus far. The driver named George is very safe around the neighborhood and watches for the kids it's been spring break and we usually pay close attention to what's going on in our neighborhood. George made it a point to make sure our poly cards got empty he drove up and let us know that they weren't empty yet so we got them all three of them out there and he took good care of us we appreciate his commitment to your company five star review.... read more
I live in harrah, ok and my driver George is the best! I forgot to bring my can out one morning and he came and emptied it and brought it back up to my house. Amazing service
I get the monthly trash pickup and am beyond disappointed. The rate for every 3 months keeps going up without notice and the last bill was $117 or $39 per month FOR ONLY ONE BUCKET. Nearby trash services are charging $26 mind you. When i called to cancel i received horrible customer service and got hanged up on 3 times in a row as soon as i mentioned i wanted to cancel. Avoid this company at all cost. They charge for EVERYTHING! $25 per trash bin for delivery and when you cancel $25 per bin for pick up, $70 for bulk pick up, $10 per trash bin monthly plus service charge. Don’t even think of asking to speak to a supervisor because there is no one available and if you request a call back you’ll never receive on. We hired cards, recycling, and disposal to provide us with Porta potties for a major event we had planned. The day they were supposed to be delivered the manager Matt called me and told me his driver had been arrested and they couldn’t deliver them. He did put us in touch with another company that they said could help us and it was going to cost us more and they were going to refund me the difference. 5 1/2 months later I still don’t have that I’ve been lied to by this company for 5 months every time I’ve called asking about... read more
