3 weeks without emptying our trash bins. They still want to charge me and said I never called to notify them. I did...3 weeks ago. Rude customer service and just not sure how they stay in business. Only 1 star because 0 wasn't an option.
George gets my trash in Echovalley and he sure does go above and beyond for everyone! He's the best! I didn't have both trash cans out and he let me go get the other one. He makes our day a little brighter every week! The kiddos love to watch too and he always honks for them!
NO STARS (Marked only one to be able to post this)- ABOUT READY TO END MY SERVICE... CARDS Either merged with Ecowaste Solutions or sold to them but basically now even though I am paid 3 months in full They refuse to come pick our trash up. We keep getting the run around after waiting LONG times on customer service. It is now 2 weeks not retrieved we have made calls told them and no one has come out to get our garbage....Now we are here with Monday being a holiday and 3 weeks of trash building up and animals fighting over it... read more
George Kelly Jr. is a great worker!!
DO NOT USE CARDS. THEY DO NOT PICK UP THEIR CANS. There is an active lawsuit against this company for this reason Even after we cancelled, they still didn't pick the cans up for weeks.
