I currently have 2 bins that I’m paying for and called them to cancel one of my bins for them to tell me that I’ve only been paying for one bin this whole time when I have proof that I’ve been paying for two? My bill is $150 quarterly! They refused to let me speak to a supervisor/manager and charged me an extra $50 for me cancelling their service! I would not recommend this company just move on and find a different one! By the way their new name is ecowaste solutions.

This company is no longer a local company. I have contacted them 3 times at their corporate number. I have been told 3 times someone would return my call. The last time I was told my service was marked as canceled, yet I got another bill today. I unfortunately had set this up on auto draft. To this day have not received a call back. I had first contacted them 2 weeks ago.

DO NOT HIRE-STAY AWAY– Serious Issues with Billing and Unauthorized Transactions I strongly advise others to exercise caution when doing business with this company. I've had a dumpster with through this company (and its predecessors). Over the last year they have been adding errant fees and their customer service department gives the run around claiming they will remove them fully, then partially, to eventually saying they will only remove the latest one. (I pay annually so I didn't notice the fees until the end of the year).
