This company is no longer a local company. I have contacted them 3 times at their corporate number. I have been told 3 times someone would return my call. The last time I was told my service was marked as canceled, yet I got another bill today. I unfortunately had set this up on auto draft. To this day have not received a call back. I had first contacted them 2 weeks ago.

DO NOT HIRE-STAY AWAY– Serious Issues with Billing and Unauthorized Transactions I strongly advise others to exercise caution when doing business with this company. I've had a dumpster with through this company (and its predecessors). Over the last year they have been adding errant fees and their customer service department gives the run around claiming they will remove them fully, then partially, to eventually saying they will only remove the latest one. (I pay annually so I didn't notice the fees until the end of the year). If I could give minus stars I would. This large conglomerate has taken a very local , very well run business and turned it into a mess!! There’s no customer service, I’ve called 4 times.- Never a return call- They have raised the price 3 or 4 times Never give any notice of intent to increase and when you’re writing a check for $1000.00 that’s a problem! .
