If I could give minus stars I would. This large conglomerate has taken a very local , very well run business and turned it into a mess!! There’s no customer service, I’ve called 4 times.- Never a return call- They have raised the price 3 or 4 times Never give any notice of intent to increase and when you’re writing a check for $1000.00 that’s a problem! . I’ve had several horrible experiences now with Cards since they no longer have a local office. After being forced to speak with an out of state sales rep in order to terminate services, I then had to have the new provider to pick up Cards dumpsters. I called several times and told them to pick them up, and they never would. The new provider notified Cards that he would be picking up the dumpsters, and was told there would be no charge to myself since he was doing their work.
