Purchased a “matching” desk and chair for our new home in Onset, in March. The base of the chair was broken and will not stay in place, so unusable. Called Cardis and they said they didn’t have anymore of the chair in stock and they sent someone to our home to fix the chair. Their repair guy claimed that the base was broken and they would order another base and he would come back and fix it.
