Went to a Cardinals game and was unable to get a ball during batting practice or during the game. Called Cardinals Authentics a few weeks after the game and was able to order a game ball through them. The customer service from Holly was outstanding. She worked with her teammates to secure a great used game ball which was shipped out and arrived even earlier than promised.
