I’m so happy with Cardinal Weight Loss! Liz is a great coach, holding me accountable in an encouraging way that keeps me motivated. She listens and can tailor the program to your lifestyle and needs. Also, I love the variety of products and never get bored with the food!
I called Cardinal weight loss in search of a program that would give me one-on-one weekly support in person to help me to lose weight. This is missing from many programs that I had contacted. I’ve had an amazing experience in this program! Working with Liz has helped build my knowledge and my confidence in choosing my meals. I am writing this review after working with Liz as my coach for over 9 months now. I have now had enough experience to say that she and the IP protocol are absolutely life changing. You can get IP foods from a number of clinics (and the protocol works like a charm) but I think it is more important to have the right coach for you to work with.
