The person I spoke with was EXTREMELY RUDE! He said he wasn't going to make my issue a priority and that he didn't know when he would be able to address it. He then started yelling at me over the phone and told me that it was near impossible to look up our purchasing records. Thanks for the (lack of) customer service.
