My mom was there for two respite care stays. She was so pleased with the care and attention of the staff, the good meals, and the friendliness of the director.
My dad is at Cardinal Ridge; I moved him in last month. Within the first few hours I was struck by how different this facility was. The staff seem to care and are attentive to everyone's needs. For example, when my dad needs assistance and pushes his call button, someone is there within minutes. At the last facility it was easily 10+ minutes before anyone showed up.
