Perfect
Excellent customer service even almost 3 years after we completed escrow! If you do need copies of documents with all signatures, you do have to request that from them specifically, since that is currently not their default (they only send documents with no signatures in a USB drive after finalized). Other than that they have been a great, professional, and happy team to work with during and after escrow. Our escrow went smoothly and they even provided extra service such as Deed of Trust for private loans.
Great service on a 21 day escrow. Highly recommend.
